**Heidi Milu - Waldorf Early Childhood Educator & Playgroup Facilitator**
Heidi Milu is a well-being - trained Waldorf early years educator, storyteller, and community weaver, dedicated to nurturing a gentle, nature-rich start for children and their families.
For almost a decade, Heidi has been creating warm, welcoming spaces where rhythm, song, craft, and seasonal connection guide the day. She is the heart behind two much-loved local playgroups - **Billy Buttons** and **Bush Blossoms**.
**Billy Buttons** offers a cosy, rhythm-based indoor - outdoor program for children aged 18 months to 7 years, blending circle time, seasonal crafts, songs, stories, and nature play. **Bush Blossoms** takes place entirely outdoors, inviting children from 15 months to 7 years to explore the changing seasons through storytelling, bushcraft, and play in the fresh air.
With a deep respect for the land and its First Peoples, Heidi incorporates an Australian seasonal lens into traditional Waldorf principles. Her sessions are rich with bush and sea imagery, hands-on creative work, and the kind of unhurried atmosphere where childhood can unfold naturally.
Heidi’s work extends beyond the playgroup circle - she writes seasonal stories, curates songs and crafts, and guides parents in building conscious home rhythms and community connections. Known for her warmth, creativity, and soulful approach, she holds space not only for children but also for caregivers, fostering connection, confidence, and joy in the early years journey.
