Welcome back everyone!

We hope you all enjoyed the summer holidays and we look forward to the busy year ahead.


Garden Kraft is a fun, arts and craft program aimed at combining making and creating with learning about the natural world. It is suitable for all ages. This program is run by Lesley Gentilin, who has had many years experience as an organic gardener and alpaca farmer. The class will run on Wednesday’s from 4:30-5:30pm and will be $20 per session. If anyone has unwanted recyclable items please feel free to drop them into the art room where they will be greatly appreciated! For more information on this exciting new class head to our website.


At this years Salt Festival the Port Lincoln Arts Council are presenting an event, ‘Seed’. This will be a open mic session where young performers under the age of 20 are encouraged to play a small set. The family friendly event will take place on Sunday afternoon on the 22nd of April at the Beer Garden. This is a great opportunity for those wishing to gain experience from performing. Registrations of interest will be required by February 11th, please see Lesley for more information.


We are looking at starting a House ensemble, anyone is welcome to join if they are interested in getting some experience working with a group and potentially doing some performances. Please see your teachers for expressions of interest.


Theory exams will take place on Wednesday the 23rd of May, week 4 of Term 2. The cut off date for these exams will be Friday the 9th of March. Your teachers will provide you with the relevant information.


Please be very mindful of your noise level in the hallway as it can be distracting to classes in progress. Also parents please ensure children are supervised at all times. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these requests.
